I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms, designed in traditional Mexican style, encircled a beautiful central garden. They were spacious and some even had fireplaces. The service was top-notch with friendly and accessible hosts and staff. The location was superb, just a short walk from the town center, making it quiet at night. The dining experience was decent, with a self-serve breakfast and fresh ingredients. The facilities were good, though there were some room for improvement.

What a delightful stay! The hotel's rooms, surrounded by a beautiful courtyard full of flowers, were absolutely lovely. We enjoyed using the fireplace most nights as it was a bit chilly, and everything from the high ceilings to the massive shower stall and comfortable bed made our stay fantastic. However, the dining experience was just okay, and it would have been nice to have more variety for breakfast. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the closest plaza, and it was nice and quiet at night.

The service provided by the excellent hosts was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect, just across from the Basilica and a short walk from the central plaza.
